The lifespan of an electric chain hoist is affected by various factors, including design, production, usage, and maintenance. Reducing the frequency of replacements and repairs, due to its higher cost, can effectively save costs and minimize losses in multiple aspects.
Reasonably designed to meet specific conditions, it meets various requirements in terms of lifting capacity, lifting height, power, and voltage, is user-friendly, enhances efficiency, and prolongs service life.
Leveraging the advantages of new materials, ensuring products are durable, and strictly controlling raw materials, processes, and quality inspections, we prevent substandard chain hoists from entering the market.
Based on the working conditions, install and use, maintain, and inspect the chain hoists, and use the corresponding specifications of the electric chain hoists for special conditions.
Safety Precautions for Chain Hoist Monorail Trolley
We frequently use electric chain hoists, but they do have their drawbacks. They must be used in conjunction with the electric chain hoist trolley to fully utilize their potential. What are the key points we should be aware of when using them?
Prohibit the use of overloading.
During heavy lifting operations, it is strictly prohibited for any personnel to walk or work beneath the load.
When lifting heavy objects, ensure the center of gravity is within the plane of the I-beam web. Do not lift if this is not the case.
When operating, ensure the hand chain is pulling within the center plane of the chain wheel, and do not pull at an angle.
5. In case of abnormal hand pull force, do not pull abruptly. Immediately stop using and inspect the cause.
6. Regularly lubricate gears and rail surfaces, and check for any loose fasteners.
7. Monorail operation is supported by I-beams, so I-beams that are deformed, twisted, cracked, do not meet the standards, or have other defects cannot be used for monorail operation.
