Before work
Before the driver takes over and starts the crane, the cabin crane with a single beam should be inspected according to the checklist for the hook, wire rope, and safety devices, and any abnormalities should be addressed.
b. Single girder overhead cranes operated by ground personnel should be inspected by a designated individual according to the checklist requirements. Any anomalies found should be addressed and resolved.
Operators must ensure that there is no one on the walkway or track before closing the main power supply. The main power supply can only be closed after the lock on the circuit breaker or the notice board is removed by the relevant person.
At work
During the first lift of heavy objects in each shift, the heavy object should be lowered back down after being lifted 0.5 meters from the ground. Check the performance of the brake and confirm its reliability before proceeding with normal operations.
b. Strictly adhere to the "Ten Do Not Hoist" policy:
①Unclear or chaotic signals will result in no hoisting.
Do not lift when exceeding the rated lifting capacity.
③ Do not hoist if rigging is not properly used or items are not securely tied.
Do not lift any loads that have people or other loose items on them.
If the holdback brake or any other braking safety device fails, do not hoist.
When handling heavy loads directly for processing, do not hoist.
Leaning and hanging crookedly without support.
No lifting of items containing explosives.
Do not remove items buried underground.
Sharp-edged block items, not to be hoisted without proper padding.
c. Upon detecting anomalies, immediately shut down the equipment, disconnect the power source, investigate the cause, and promptly rectify the issue.
After work
a. Raise the hook to a certain height, position the large vehicle at the designated location, and place the controller handle in the "zero" position. Lower the switch to disconnect the power supply.
b. Conduct routine maintenance and care.
c. Ensure smooth handover procedures.
