1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year (as of the date of delivery), you will receive free on-site repair services. All costs for any issues that are confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime repair service

For product quality issues caused by the buyer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you purchased, in the event of any faults occurring during normal use within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive free on-site repair services provided by the designated repair location. This service is limited to the original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please dial the service hotline directly.
