1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during the normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year from the date of delivery (as evidenced by the delivery date), you will receive free on-site repair services. In cases where the product itself is confirmed to have a quality issue, all costs will be borne by us.

Lifetime repair service provided

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee may be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting equipment you purchased, any malfunctions occurring during normal use will be covered by a complimentary on-site repair service provided by the designated service location within one year (as of the delivery date). This service is limited to original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please call the service hotline directly.
