1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions with the lifting products you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year (as of the date of delivery), you will receive free on-site repair services. All costs for any confirmed defects in the product's quality are borne by us.

2. Lifetime Maintenance Provided

In the event of product quality issues caused by the customer (or product quality issues beyond the warranty period), charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but will not exceed the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you purchase, any malfunctions occurring during normal use will be covered by a free on-site repair service provided by the designated repair location within one year (as of the date of delivery). This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need technical guidance via phone, please call the service hotline directly.
