1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions with the lifting equipment you purchase, during normal operation, you will receive free on-site repair service within one year from the date of delivery. All costs for any issues due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime maintenance service

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), charges will be assessed at a reasonable rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions that occur during the normal operation of the lifting products you purchase, within one year from the date of delivery (as evidenced by the delivery date), you will receive free on-site repair service provided by the designated repair location. This service is limited to the original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please dial the service hotline directly.
