1. One-year free warranty

For the lifting products you purchased, any malfunctions occurring during normal use within one year from the date of delivery (as the date of use), you will receive free on-site repair services provided. All costs for any confirmed product quality issues will be borne by us.

Lifetime Maintenance Provided

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions that may occur with the lifting products you purchase during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive free on-site repair services provided by the designated repair location. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need technical guidance over the phone, please dial the service hotline directly.
