1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions with the lifting equipment you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as proof of use), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services. All costs for any issues confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime repair service provided

For product quality issues caused by the buyer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at a reasonable rate, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you purchase, in the event of malfunctions occurring during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive free on-site repair services provided by the designated service location. This service is limited to original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will send relevant personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please dial the service hotline directly.
