1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year (as of the date of delivery), you will receive free on-site repair services. All costs for any confirmed product quality issues will be borne by us.

Lifetime warranty on maintenance

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions with the lifting equipment you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year (as of the date of delivery), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services provided by the designated service location. This service is limited to original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineering phone guidance, please call the service hotline directly.
