1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive our complimentary on-site repair service. All costs for any issues that are confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime warranty for maintenance

In the event of product quality issues caused by the buyer (or product quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee may be charged at the discretion, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you purchase, any malfunctions that occur during normal use within one year (as of the date of delivery) will be eligible for free on-site repair services provided by the designated repair location. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site services, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please dial the service hotline directly.
