1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive our complimentary on-site repair service. All costs for any issues that are confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime Maintenance Service

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you have purchased, any failures occurring during normal use will be covered by a free on-site repair service provided by the designated service location within one year (as of the delivery date). This service is limited to the original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site services, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please dial the service hotline directly.
