1. One-year free warranty

For the lifting products you purchase, any malfunctions that occur during normal use within one year (as of the date of delivery) will be repaired at no cost to you, with our team providing on-site service. All costs for any confirmed defects in the product's quality are borne by us.

Lifetime Maintenance Service

In cases of product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at a reasonable rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions with the lifting products you purchase, during normal use, you will receive free on-site repair service provided by the designated service location within one year from the date of delivery. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time
