1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive our complimentary on-site repair service. All costs for any issues that are confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

2. Lifetime maintenance provided

In cases of product quality issues caused by the buyer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions that occur during normal operation of the lifting equipment you purchased, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the date of use), you will receive free on-site repair services provided by the designated service location. This service is limited to original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please call the service hotline directly.
