1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchased, within one year from the date of delivery (as evidenced by the delivery date), you will receive free on-site repair services. All costs associated with any genuine product quality issues will be borne by us.

Lifetime repair service provided

For product quality issues caused by the buyer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at a reasonable rate, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchased, you will receive free on-site repair services within one year (based on the date of delivery) from the designated service location. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Response Time for Maintenance

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need technical guidance via phone, please dial the service hotline directly.
