1. One-year free warranty

For the lifting products you purchase, any malfunctions that occur during normal use within one year (as of the delivery date) will be addressed with complimentary on-site repair services. Should the issue be confirmed as a quality problem with the product itself, all costs will be borne by us.

Lifetime Maintenance Provided

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), charges will be made on a case-by-case basis, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you purchase, any faults occurring during normal use will be covered by our complimentary on-site repair service provided by the designated service location within one year (as of the date of delivery). This service is exclusively for the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need technical guidance over the phone, please call the service hotline directly.
