1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive our complimentary on-site repair service. All costs for any issues that are confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime Maintenance Provided

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or issues beyond the warranty period), a fee may be charged at a reasonable rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year on-site service

For any malfunctions with the lifting equipment you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year (as of the date of delivery), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services at the designated service location. This service is limited to original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please call the service hotline directly.
