1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year from the date of delivery (as proof of use), you will receive free on-site repair services. All costs for any issues that are confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime Maintenance Support

In the event of product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost) incurred.

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you purchase, any malfunctions occurring during normal use will be covered by a complimentary on-site repair service provided by the designated service location within one year (as of the date of delivery). This service is limited to original components only.

4. Response Time for Maintenance

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need technical guidance over the phone, please dial the service hotline directly.
