1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive our complimentary on-site repair service. All costs for any issues that are confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime warranty for maintenance

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year on-site service

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchased, within one year from the date of delivery (as the reference), you will be entitled to free on-site repair services provided by the designated repair location. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need technical guidance over the phone, please call the service hotline directly.
