1. One-year free warranty

For the lifting products you purchase, any faults occurring during normal use will be covered by our complimentary on-site repair service within one year from the date of delivery. All costs for any defects inherent to the product itself will be borne by us.

Lifetime repair service provided

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or issues beyond the warranty period), a fee may be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions with the lifting equipment you purchase, occurring during normal use, you will receive free on-site repair services at the designated repair location within one year from the date of delivery. This service is limited to original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site services, we will send personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineering phone guidance, you can directly dial the service hotline.
