Aluminum Alloy Refining De-gassing Agent (Block) HS-C2

This non-toxic refining agent is made from imported materials, primarily organic compounds, which decompose into N2 and CO2 gases. It is used for degassing and refining of aluminum and aluminum alloys. The solid or powdered refining agent is added at a rate of 0.2% to 0.5% of the weight of the aluminum melt, placed inside a bell, then pressed into the aluminum melt and subjected to circular and up-down movements until no bubbles appear. After cleaning the floating slag on the surface of the aluminum melt, let it stand for 5 to 8 minutes before casting.
