I. Application:

This product is made from imported inorganic salts and organic matter, processed through special technology with an imported formula, and is suitable for purifying zinc alloy liquids in casting, die casting, zinc alloy ingots, and zinc alloy sheets.

II. Features

This product has a high gas evolution capacity, effectively removing oxidation inclusions and gases from zinc alloy melt, with minimal smoke and odor during use. The slag produced after reaction is dry, non-adhesive to crucibles and melting equipment, easily separating from the zinc alloy melt, and does not corrode the factory equipment. The zinc alloy melt treated with this product features a very bright alloy surface. This product is non-corrosive to crucibles and tools.

The addition is generally 0.2-0.5% of the zinc alloy liquid weight.
