Forging release agents are suitable for aluminum/copper/iron, stainless steel hot forging molding, and offer excellent lubrication and release properties. They enhance the quality of forged parts, provide excellent heat insulation and cooling for molds, and can extend mold life by approximately two to four times based on the specific characteristics of different forging processes. They do not burn or corrode at high temperatures, emit no harmful gases, eliminate environmental pollution, and improve working conditions. They have strong suspension, form a uniform film, and possess high coating adhesion.
Key Advantages:
1. Excellent lubricity
2. Fast heat transfer
3. Excellent demolding properties
4. Ultra-fine particles
Usage Instructions:
Please ensure thorough mixing before use to prevent the release agent from settling unevenly, which may affect its demolding performance due to altered characteristics.
2. After shaking the product evenly, pour it into a container. First, add a small amount of water (about 1-2 times the product volume) and stir well. Then, add a large amount of water to dilute it. The dilution ratio typically ranges from 8 to 30 times, depending on the intended use (lower the dilution ratio when applying with a brush). Up to 40 times can be achieved (the dilution ratio should be determined based on the mold design and the user's experience).
3. Please clean and heat the iron mold surface to above 100°C before use.
4. Apply with a spray for more even coverage. Please reduce the dilution ratio when painting.
Note:
Keep sealed when not in use. Storage at room temperature between 10-28 degrees Celsius is recommended.
2. After use, clean the spray gun with clean water.
3. The sealed storage period is 10 months.
