Product Performance:

Mold Coating HS 6103, made from imported materials and specially formulated, is a beige (slightly yellow) paste-like, heat-resistant and adhesive coating. It resists wetting aluminum, can be diluted with water, and applied to various shaped refractory surfaces (such as troughs,分流 plates, filter boxes, or furnace linings), effectively extending the service life of refractory materials. It can also be sprayed or brushed onto cast iron crucibles, graphite crucibles, iron spoons, and other iron tools to protect them from aluminum corrosion and prevent iron from渗入 aluminum, ensuring the purity of the aluminum. It facilitates the removal of solidified aluminum shells and extends the life of the refractory materials.

Application Range:

Cast iron crucibles, graphite crucibles, ladles, melting furnaces, aluminum trays, zinc trays, bell jars, chutes (channels), molds, and other iron tools as well as protective surfaces for refractory materials in contact with metal liquids.
