Product Performance:

Enamel for crucibles, HS Code 6103, is made from imported materials and formulated using special methods. This product is a beige (slightly yellow) paste, a heat-resistant and adhesive coating, that does not wet aluminum. It can be diluted with water and applied to various shaped refractory surfaces (such as runners,分流 plates, filter boxes, or furnace linings, etc.), effectively extending the service life of refractory materials. It can also be sprayed or brushed onto cast iron crucibles, graphite crucibles, iron spoons, and iron tools to protect these metal tools from corrosion by aluminum melt, while preventing the migration of iron elements into the aluminum melt, ensuring the purity of the aluminum. It facilitates the removal of solidified aluminum shells and extends the lifespan of the refractory materials.
