Product Performance:

Mold Coating HS 6103, made from imported materials and formulated using special methods, is a beige (slightly yellow) paste-like, heat-resistant and adhesive coating. It does not wet aluminum and can be diluted with water for brushing onto various shaped refractory surfaces (such as troughs,分流 plates, filter boxes, or furnace linings, etc.), effectively extending the service life of refractory materials. It can also be applied by spraying or brushing onto cast iron crucibles, graphite crucibles, iron spoons, and iron tools to protect iron tools from corrosion by aluminum liquid and prevent the渗铁 elements from iron products into the aluminum liquid, ensuring the purity of the aluminum. It facilitates the removal of solidified aluminum shells and extends the life of the refractory materials.

Application Scope:

Cast iron crucibles, graphite crucibles, ladles, melting furnaces, aluminum trays, zinc trays, bell jars, troughs (channels), molds, and other iron tools, as well as surface protection for refractory materials in contact with metal liquids.
