Breaker agent is a novel treatment developed specifically for wastewater containing complexes in electroplating, printed circuit board industries, etc., which is difficult to meet standards with conventional treatment agents. It can quickly break down complexes formed by citric acid, tartaric acid, EDTA, ammonia, etc., with heavy metals (such as copper, nickel, zinc) into complex salts, decompose organic matter into simple inorganic substances, and convert complex metals into free metal ions.
This product combines decomplexing, coagulation, and heavy metal ion capture into one, featuring fast reaction speed, clear effluent water quality after treatment, and other advantages. When used in conjunction with our other products, it achieves even better results, ensuring that all pollution indicators consistently meet national discharge standards. It is suitable for the treatment of heavy metal wastewater from electroplating, circuit boards, surface treatment, dyeing and printing industries.
Breakage Preventer Application Method
1. Treatment Agent Configuration: This product can be directly added during use, or first dissolved in a solution tank to create a solution of 5-10% concentration, then pumped into the reaction tank.
2. Dosage: This product performs best under acidic conditions (pH ≤ 7) and is typically used at a dosage of 100-1000 ppm (equivalent to 0.1-1 kg per ton of wastewater). The exact dosage varies depending on the content and type of complexes in the wastewater, and is generally determined through experimentation.
3. Experimental Method: Take a certain amount of raw water, add an appropriate amount (e.g., 500ppm) of this product under acidic conditions, stir for 3 minutes, then add a certain amount (e.g., 500ppm) of coagulant (e.g., polyaluminum chloride PAC), adjust the pH to around 10, add a small amount of polyacrylamide PAM, allow to flocculate and settle, then filter and collect the supernatant to measure the content of heavy metals and COD.
Product Characteristics of the Breaking Net Agent
1. Suitable for pH values around 6.
2. Offers some flocculation effect, enhancing the sedimentation of heavy metals.
3. Enhance the removal effect of various heavy metals in wastewater; the removal effect is more pronounced when the pH is adjusted and used in combination with other flocculants.
4. Effective in disrupting the stability of original complexes (EDTA, ammonia, citric acid) in various heavy metal wastewater, allowing heavy metal ions to exist in a free state once again.
Application Range of the Breakdown Agent
1. For electroplating wastewater, PCB wastewater, and printing wastewater treatment.
2. Used for surface treatment wastewater, chemical industrial wastewater, and mining non-accident wastewater that is difficult to treat.
Packaging and Storage of Breaker Agent
Packaging:牛皮纸袋或胶袋封装,25kg/bag.
Storage: Handle with care, avoid direct sunlight and rain, shelf life is 6 months; strictly prohibited from mixing and storing with oxidizing substances, damp air, acids, flammable materials, etc.
Attachment: Unit Conversion for Increased Quantity: 500ppm = 500mg/L = 0.5g/L = 0.5‰ = 0.5kg/ton of wastewater.
