COD Remover is a chemical agent that requires addition to a wastewater treatment process in a reasonable manner. It is suitable for various industrial wastewater treatments, including ink, packaging printing, automotive parts, machinery, painting, surface treatment, coatings, paints, electroplating, papermaking, food, dyeing, bleaching, and leather processing. Precautions and usage methods for applying the COD Remover on-site.
1. The treatment agent yields good results at pH levels ranging from slightly alkaline 7 to 10.
2. It is generally recommended to prepare the COD remover at a concentration of around 10%.
3. The on-site dosing is based on experimental pilot data and adjusted according to the varying COD concentration of the wastewater.

Usage Instructions
1. PCOD can be directly added during use, or initially mixed in a dissolution tank at a concentration of 10-20%. Stir well, then pump it into the reaction pool, recycle pool, or discharge point.
2. Broad pH range compatibility (3-11), dosage typically around 200-1000 ppm (equivalent to 0.2-1 kg per ton of wastewater), 3. The dosage varies based on the concentration of non-degradable COD in the wastewater (i.e., the COD content at the current treatment discharge point), with the specific dosage generally determined through experimentation.
4. During the experiment, a certain amount of wastewater (such as backwater from the recycling pool or effluent) is taken, and an appropriate amount of PCOD is added. Stir for 15 seconds, measure the COD value, and determine the dosage.
5. Fast-acting, allowing direct addition at the discharge point.
6. Unit Conversion: 200ppm = 200mg/L = 0.2g/L = 0.2‰ = 0.2kg/ton of wastewater.
Cautionary Notes
Product has strong oxidizing properties. Strictly prohibited from being struck or撞击 with force, and from being exposed to direct sunlight. Otherwise, there is a risk of explosion.
2. This product is highly corrosive; operators must wear protective gear to ensure safety.
3. This product is non-toxic. To prevent contamination from toxic substances, if crystals or the solution spills onto the body, simply rinse with clean water.
4. Products are hygroscopic; please prevent moisture.
Here are the precautions and usage methods for using the COD remover on-site. We hope this helps you. Additionally, the product is slightly corrosive, so operators should wear protective gear to ensure safe handling. It should not be placed in damp, hot, sunny, or rainy areas. It is not suitable for long-term storage. Handle it gently during loading and unloading. In case of a fire, use water and various fire extinguishers to extinguish it.
