Breaker Agent is a novel solution specifically designed for treating wastewater in industries like electroplating and printed circuit boards, where conventional treatment agents struggle to meet standards due to the presence of complexes. It rapidly disrupts the complexes formed by substances like citric acid, tartaric acid, EDTA, ammonia, etc., with heavy metals (such as copper, nickel, zinc), decomposing organic matter into simple inorganic substances and converting complex metals into free metal ions.

This product combines the functions of breaking complexes, coagulation, and capturing heavy metal ions, featuring rapid reaction speed and clear effluent quality after treatment. When used in conjunction with our other products, it yields even better results, ensuring stable compliance with national emission standards for various pollution indicators. It is suitable for the treatment of heavy metal wastewater from plating, printed circuit boards, surface treatment, dyeing and printing industries, among others.

How to Use Breaker Wire

1. Treatment Agent Configuration: This product can be directly added during use, or first dissolved in a dissolution tank to create a solution of 5-10% concentration, then pumped into the reaction tank.

2. Dosage: This product performs optimally under acidic conditions (pH ≤ 7), with a recommended dosage of approximately 100-1000 ppm (equivalent to 0.1-1 kg per ton of wastewater). The actual dosage may vary depending on the content and type of complexes in the wastewater, and is typically determined through experimentation.

3. Experimental Method: In the experiment, a certain amount of raw water is taken, and an appropriate amount (such as 500ppm) of this product is added under acidic conditions, stirred for 3 minutes, followed by the addition of a certain amount (such as 500ppm) of coagulant (e.g., polyaluminum chloride PAC). Adjust the pH value to around 10, add a small amount of polyacrylamide PAM, and then filter the supernatant after flocculation and sedimentation to determine the content of various heavy metals and COD.

Product Characteristics of the Breaking Net Agent

1. Suitable for pH values around 6.

2. Offers some flocculation effect, enhancing the sedimentation of heavy metals.

3. Enhance the removal efficiency of various heavy metals in wastewater; the effect is more pronounced when adjusted for pH and used in conjunction with other flocculants.

4. For various heavy metal wastewater, effectively disrupts the stability of the original complexes (EDTA, ammonia, citric acid), causing the heavy metal ions to reexist in a free ion form.

Breakage Agent Application Range

1. Treatment for electroplating wastewater, printed circuit board wastewater, and printing wastewater.

2. For surface treatment wastewater, chemical industrial wastewater, and mining non-accident wastewater, which are difficult to treat.

Packaging and Storage of the Breaking Agent

Packaging:牛皮纸袋或胶袋封装,25kg/bag.

Storage: Handle with care, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, shelf life of six months; strictly prohibited from mixing and storing with oxidizing substances, damp air, acids, flammable materials, etc.

Attachment: Unit Conversion for Increased Quantity: 500ppm = 500mg/L = 0.5g/L = 0.5‰ = 0.5kg/ton of wastewater.
