Pipe Internal Wall Sand Blasting Gun
The inner wall sandblasting gun is primarily used for sandblasting the inner walls of small pipes. Due to the narrow space, conventional single and double air supply sandblasting guns cannot change direction inside the pipe, thus unable to sandblast the inner walls. This necessitates that the abrasive material be directed at an angle to achieve the sandblasting of the inner pipe walls. The inner wall sandblasting gun was developed to address this need.

There are sandblasting nozzles and rotating nozzles for the inner wall. Generally, the sandblasting head mode is used for pipe diameters below 300MM, while the rotating head mode is used for diameters above 300MM.

MJ300-900MM Air-Powered Rotating Pipe Internal Wall Sandblaster
The MJ300-900MM pneumatic rotary pipe interior sandblaster requires use with pressure sandblasters and air compressors, akin to a standard single and double air inlet sandblasting gun. However, it features two guns rotating 360 degrees to blast, achieving the cleaning of the pipe interior.
The internal wall sandblasting nozzle of this model is made from high-temperature sintered pure boron carbide, which boasts an extremely high hardness, second only to diamond, and is highly wear-resistant, significantly extending the service life of the wear parts. This sandblasting unit is suitable for internal wall sandblasting treatment on pipes with diameters ranging from φ300 to φ900mm.
The main gas chamber of the MJ300-900 internal wall sandblasting unit is imported from Taiwan. It uses high-pressure air to drive the blade of the pneumatic motor inside the gas chamber, which in turn rotates the gears to move the nozzle Y-type seat for a 360-degree rotation. This action drives two nozzles, installed 90° apart in front of the Y-type seat, to rotate uniformly, achieving even 360-degree sandblasting. At the same time, the internal wall sandblasting unit moves backward along the tube's length in a straight line at a constant speed, ensuring cleaning of all internal wall lengths of the pipe. The surface quality after cleaning can reach Sa2.5-Sa3.
This sandblaster can be manually operated for uniform sandblasting, and can also be used in conjunction with an automatic conveying device to achieve automated operation.
For instance:
1) Utilize a constant-speed motor to uniformly retract and pull the sandblasting tube, achieving a uniform backward movement.
2) Install the fixed rail inside the pipe, enabling the sandblaster to automatically and uniformly retreat along the rail.
