The automatic sandblasting machine is a high-performance casting equipment with a low investment cost, commonly used for surface rust removal, descaling, and oxide layer treatment of non-rusting metals on materials or workpieces prone to corrosion. The operational procedures of the automatic sandblasting machine directly impact the safety of daily production operations.
1. The air tanks, pressure gauges, and safety valves of the automatic sandblasting machines should be regularly calibrated. The air tanks should be discharged of dust every two weeks, and the filters inside the sand tanks should be inspected monthly.
2. Inspect the aeration tube and sandblasting machine door for sealing. Five minutes prior to operation, the ventilation and dust removal equipment must be activated. In the event of failure of the ventilation and dust removal equipment, prevent the sandblasting machine from operating.
Always wear protective gear before starting work to prevent bare-armed operation of the automatic sandblasting machine.
The automatic sandblasting machine's air valve should open slowly, with the air pressure not exceeding 0.8 MPa.
5. The grit size should match the job requirements, typically ranging from ten to twenty mesh, and the sand should be kept dry.
6. During the operation of the automatic sandblasting machine, prevent unauthorized personnel from approaching. When sweeping and adjusting the operating parts, the machine should be turned off.
7. Prevent dust from settling on the body by using an automatic sandblasting machine to blow air.
After work, the dust extraction system of the automatic shot blasting machine should continue to run for five minutes before being turned off to expel indoor dust and maintain cleanliness.
