Air-controlled accessories (parts for old imported shot blasting machines):
American CLEMCO style copper inlet valve, copper exhaust valve, and exhaust water filter, pure mechanical operation, low wear and tear, high lifespan.
Primarily components from sandblasting machines imported or exported N years ago, now mostly replaced with new air cutoff valves and automatic exhaust valves. Domestic alternatives like copper intake and exhaust valves are available, but they are somewhat rough and may experience insufficient pressure when the air control tubes are too long, leading to the inability to compress copper pins, which in turn causes the exhaust valve to not seal completely. Therefore, it is recommended to use shorter air control tubes or electric control operation.

Common components of pneumatic control systems for modern pressure jet sandblasting machines:
American M Brand Air-Controlled Sand Valve
Core bushing for gate valve – controls the sand output size, ensures smooth sand discharge, and offers sensitive control. The wearing part that needs to be replaced is the core, which is made of wear-resistant rubber, ensuring durability.
Air-controlled sand valve - designed for use with gasket core T-beam, primarily replacing worn parts such as gaskets and valve springs, easy to dismantle, made of wear-resistant rubber, durable, and affordable.
Automatic Exhaust Valve - Automatic Control Type, sensitive exhaust, simple to use, high safety performance, requires replacement of wear parts such as film, which is made of wear-resistant rubber, durable.
Air Cut-off Valve – Also known as a three-way air control valve, it serves to provide on/off control for the main source entering the sandblasting machine, while also distributing air to the bottom sand adjustment valve and the top automatic exhaust valve. The main replacement parts are made of durable rubber films, ensuring sensitive control.

2) Manual Butterfly Sanding Valve: Currently, large-scale sandblasting projects often use 50-80-meter extended sandblasting hoses, employ smaller grain sand materials, or encounter issues due to the hardening of the valve core inside the sanding valve after long periods of non-use, leading to frequent sand hose blockages. The manual butterfly sanding valve, with its 45-degree slanting sand exit, effectively reduces the resistance caused by the vertical sand fall of standard sand valves, thus minimizing sand hose blockages. The butterfly sanding valve is commonly used in foreign large-scale engineering sandblasting machines. Other valves with similar effects include the Thomson sanding valve, etc.
3) New-Type Aluminum Alloy Air Cut-off Valve
Well-structured, high aero-dynamic performance, and uses minimal wear-and-tear materials.
Compared to the old model three-way air ball valve, it features sensitive loading and unloading, light weight, easy installation, and resistance to rust. Most importantly, it uses a rubber gasket instead of a gasket, reducing the chance of wear and increasing its lifespan.
The new type aluminum alloy air cutoff valve is a primary accessory for pressure sandblasting machines, mobile sandblasting machines, and open sandblasting machines, serving as the main gas source switch control.
Can be used in combination with pneumatic switches (pneumatic type), foot switches, and solenoid valves (electrical type) to meet customers' individual assembly requirements.
