Shot blasting activated carbon air filter
Also known as an air filter drum, air purifier, and activated carbon air filter.
Primarily used in sandblasting rooms or open-air sandblasting operations, also extensively utilized for air filtration in factories, woodworking, and dusty environments.
Activated carbon filter media boasts high surface adsorption capacity, thereby effectively removing a large amount of odor and harmful gases.
Activated carbon air filters are specifically designed for removing odors and pollutants from the air. They can eliminate acidic and alkaline substances and also remove gaseous pollutants (which are removed through adsorption and irreversible chemical reactions). They are commonly used in sandblasting rooms and open-air sandblasting series of air treatment equipment.

1) Temperature-Controlled Sandblasting Helmet
The sandblasting helmet with a temperature-regulating tube can adjust the temperature. The viewing lens is made of PVC film, which is easy and cost-effective to replace. The helmet material is PE thickened with flame retardant, offering certain flexibility. It provides comfort during sandblasting and can effectively reduce some noise.
2) Sandblasting Protective Suit
Upper body, hooded one-piece suit, with air supply tube, equipped with an air filter that can remove unpleasant odors, water, oil vapor, rust, and other particulate matter after installation.
3) Sandblasting Machine Air Temperature Regulator
The air temperature regulator operates using filtered compressed air as its energy source. By adjusting the handle, it provides a temperature-regulated, comfortable breathing air. The temperature range can be adjusted from 10℃ to 40℃ when the compressed air pressure is between 0.4-0.7MPa.
