Common practices include utilizing electrostatic shielding bags and anti-static carts for protection. Additionally, anti-static clothing provides a degree of shielding for human clothing.

Wristband/Foot strap/Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Shoe Comprehensive Tester – Use: Used to check if wristbands, foot straps, and ESD shoes meet the required standards.

⑤ Electrostatic Shielding Bag Tester - Purpose: Used for testing the shielding effect of electrostatic shielding bags.

⑥ Surface Resistance Meter - Application: Used for measuring the surface resistance and volume resistance of materials.

B. Grounding Anti-Static Products

Anti-static Wrist Straps: Widely used in various operator stations, there are many types of wrist straps available. It is recommended to generally use wrist straps equipped with a 1 megohm resistor, and leave some extra length for the wire.

Anti-static Watches: Additional anti-static measures, such as installing ion winders or wearing anti-static heel straps, are required to achieve better anti-static effects. It is recommended not to rely heavily on wearing anti-static watches as the primary solution.

Anti-static Foot Straps/Shoes: After using an anti-static flooring in the factory, it is recommended to wear anti-static shoes or use anti-static foot straps. The workshop is advised to primarily use anti-static shoes to reduce dust intake. Combining this with anti-static wrist straps for operators will enhance the effectiveness.

Anti-static Mat: Used for laying on various workbench surfaces, each mat connected to the anti-static grounding via a 1 megohm resistor.

Anti-Static Floorings

Anti-static flooring is categorized into: PVC flooring, polyurethane flooring, and moveable flooring.

Anti-static Wax and Anti-static Paint: Anti-static wax can be applied to various floor surfaces to enhance anti-static properties and make floors brighter and cleaner.

Static-dissipative paint can be used on various floor surfaces as well as applied to shelves, containers, and周转箱.

Antistatic racks and workbenches must have an antistatic grounding connection, and the antistatic mats on carts should be connected to the antistatic ground with a metal chain.

Anti-static Workwear and Shoes: In processing workshops with sensitive static components and certain cleanliness requirements, it is generally required that employees wear anti-static workwear and shoes.

Anti-static finger gloves: It is necessary to wear anti-static finger gloves when operators frequently handle workpieces or static-sensitive components.
