The YKC type spherical hole graphite heat exchanger is sealed with PTFE gaskets between the stone-milled upper and lower heads and the graphite heat exchange blocks, utilizing pressure springs as an automatic compensation device for thermal expansion and contraction. Multiple sets of holes, vertically intersecting in space and not communicating with each other, are drilled in the graphite heat exchange blocks to allow different fluids to flow, achieving the purpose of inter-wall heat exchange. It features high heat transfer efficiency, high structural strength, strong impact resistance, long service life, and easy maintenance.
