The rectangular block hole graphite heat exchanger is composed of stacked unit heat exchange blocks with rectangular cross-sections, featuring high overall strength, excellent resistance to thermal shock, high heat transfer efficiency, and a long service life. Our factory commonly produces the inline single-directional corrosion-resistant 3JK series and KS series. The side panels of the 3JK type are small blocks, making it easy to change specifications and convenient for maintenance, while the inner panels of the KS type are solid, with added rows of top and bottom securing bolts for more even heat carrier distribution. The height of the rectangular block hole equipment is smaller than that of the circular block type when the same heat exchange area is considered. Our factory can produce rectangular block hole graphite heat exchangers with other characteristics as per customer requirements, such as external connection, horizontal installation, and bidirectional corrosion resistance.
