Graphite tower equipment mainly includes sieve plate towers, bubble cap towers, packed towers, float valve towers, etc., used for absorption, concentration, decomposition, distillation, rectification, filtration, and washing of corrosive media such as organic products, hydrochloric acid, HCL gas, etc. Tower diameters can reach up to 200-1500mm, and can also be custom-made according to customer drawings. We can also design, manufacture, and commission the equipment based on the customer's process conditions. Among them, packed towers are particularly used for treating tail gases containing HCL gas and sulfur dioxide, eliminating environmental pollution while recovering useful components. In addition to the structures shown, there are also structures where the gas enters from the bottom, especially suitable for situations where the HCL gas content is low but a high concentration of hydrochloric acid needs to be produced.

The comprehensive absorption tower features two main types of absorption sections: round block holes and tube bundle types, respectively used for processes with higher and lower inlet temperatures of the absorbed gas. The primary absorption and tail gas treatment are integrated into a single unit. It boasts a compact structure, minimal land requirement, and cost-effective investment.
