Seamless steel pipes are pipes made by piercing a solid round steel billet, featuring no welds on the surface. Depending on the production method, seamless steel pipes can be categorized into hot-rolled, cold-rolled, cold drawn, extruded, and jacking types. In terms of cross-sectional shape, they are divided into round and shaped pipes, with shaped pipes available in square, elliptical, triangular, hexagonal, pumpkin, star, and winged tube, among other complex shapes. The diameter ranges from 4mm to 900mm. Seamless steel pipes are available in thick-walled and thin-walled versions, and are primarily used for oil and gas geological drilling pipes, cracking pipes for petrochemical use, boiler tubes, bearing tubes, and high-precision structural steel pipes for automotive, tractor, and aviation applications.
