Transparent powder

Maojing Company's independently developed transparent functional filler is produced through multiple processes, including acid washing, calcination, flotation, and purification, from mineral raw materials. The product contains no crystalline water, boasts high transparency and brightness, high hardness, low oil absorption, uniform particle size, easy dispersion, and is resistant to acids and alkalis. It has good compatibility with most resins, high transparency, and is highly wear and scratch-resistant, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Transparent powder boasts high transparency, with its refractive index closely matching that of the majority of synthetic resins. Therefore, the amount of filler does not affect the transparency of the finished product; it enhances the surface smoothness and scratch resistance of the product; has a low oil absorption rate, and a high filling volume, which is beneficial for reducing the manufacturing cost of the product.
