JZ-CL202 Industrial Closed-loop Water Corrosion Inhibitor and Scale Inhibitor is compounded of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, and carbon steel corrosion inhibitor. It has excellent chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and calcium phosphate in water, and also offers good corrosion inhibition for stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, and other non-ferrous metals. Primarily used in corrosion inhibition and scale prevention for closed-loop cooling water systems, such as power plants, chemical factories, petrochemical plants, and iron and steel plants. This product boasts excellent corrosion inhibition and strong scale prevention capabilities.

Two, Usage Instructions:

Add the required dose of corrosion and scale inhibitor to the plastic dosing drum (or box) daily. For convenience, dilute with water before adding it continuously to the circulation pump inlet (i.e., the outlet of the sedimentation basin) using a metering pump or by adjusting the valve. The dosing concentration is generally 5~20 mg/L (based on the water volume added).

Section 3: Packaging and Storage:

This product is packaged in plastic drums, available in 25kg/drum, 200kg/drum, or as per customer requirement; store in a cool, dry place; shelf life is twelve months.

Four: Safety Protection

The缓蚀阻垢剂 is weakly acidic. When in use, labor protection is essential; avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
