Excellent flame resistance

The JZ-KR40 water-glycol anti-flame hydraulic fluid has no ignition point and no flash point, and it does not burn during the thermal pipe anti-flame test (704°C). Therefore, using the JZ-LM40 water-glycol anti-flame hydraulic fluid on equipment near high temperatures or open flames, or on equipment where high pressure and hydraulic oil spray can cause fires, can completely prevent fire accidents.

2. Excellent cold resistance

JZ-KR40 fire-resistant hydraulic fluid contains a high concentration of ethylene glycol (an excellent depressant), resulting in a low freezing point (-40℃). It can normally start equipment in typical cold conditions (> -20℃) without heating the hydraulic medium. If the temperature is too low and the JZ-KR40 becomes too thick to start the equipment, preheat the JZ-KR40 before operation. Even if it freezes due to low temperatures, the JZ-KR40 hydraulic fluid's performance remains unchanged after heating and melting.

3. Excellent wear resistance

JZ-KR40 anti-fire hydraulic fluid of ethylene glycol contains a new pressure-resistant anti-wear agent, thereby effectively reducing wear and load-bearing capacity of hydraulic equipment. It fully meets the usage requirements of various hydraulic equipment operating under pressures ranging from low to high.

4. Excellent rust resistance

JZ-KR40 Antifire Hydraulic Fluid for Ethylene Glycol contains high-performance vapor corrosion inhibitors. Not only does the metal material immersed in JZ-LM40 within the oil tank and pipelines of hydraulic equipment not corrode, but the unimmersed parts also remain corrosion-free.

5. Excellent Anti-foaming Property: The JZ-KR40 anti-fire hydraulic fluid contains high-quality defoaming agents, which can inhibit foam formation and quickly dissipate any foam that does form. Therefore, there is little foam during use, ensuring the stable and normal operation of hydraulic equipment.

6. Extended service life

Due to the use of imported raw materials in the preparation of the JZ-KR40 anti-flame hydraulic fluid, it boasts excellent shear stability, antioxidant properties, and corrosion resistance. It will not separate, settle, or spoil when used or stored for long periods. It can also be used normally in high-pressure equipment for over 10 years.
