Release Agent

This product is a milky, thick, oil-in-water emulsion. It is widely used in construction formwork. The product has no irritant odor, excellent stability, is non-flammable and non-explosive, and does not affect the environment. It boasts good antioxidant and mold resistance, strong adhesion to the formwork, and will not be damaged by the pressure and impact of concrete. It has enhanced adhesion, is easier to apply, and peels off cleanly without sticking to cement, resulting in a smoother cement surface and a more attractive, even color. This significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers in cleaning molds and sanding, saves time and labor costs, and effectively extends the service life of the molds. It can be easily cleaned with plain water, leaving no residue.

Usage Instructions:

After diluting and mixing well, apply or spray onto the mold, and it's ready for use after drying.

This product is packaged in 200kg and 50kg plastic drums.

Shelf Life and Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 2 years.
