This product eliminates microorganisms by breaking the bonds of bacterial and algal proteins, rapidly and irreversibly inhibiting their growth, leading to the death of microbial cells. It possesses strong inhibition and killing effects against common bacteria, fungi, algae, etc. It is highly effective in eliminating pathogens, degrades well, and features non-residual, safe operation, good compatibility, and strong stability. It is miscible with chlorine and most anions, cations, and non-ionic surfactants. At high dosages, it exhibits significant effects in removing biological slime.

JZ-CL201 Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Sterilizer is a broad-spectrum, high-efficiency, low-toxicity, non-oxidizing biocide. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, power, oil fields, papermaking, pesticides, leather, inks, dyes, and steel. Usage: When used as an industrial circulating water sterilizer, the dosage is 80-100mg/L. It can be used simultaneously with chlorinated and other oxidizing sterilizers but should not be used in cooling water systems containing sulfides. As an industrial sterilant and anti-mold agent, the general concentration is 0.05-0.4%. In special environments, a reasonable plan should be designed by the company's professionals based on the on-site solution environment.

Packaging and Storage:

This product is packaged in plastic drums, each holding 25kg, 200kg, or as per customer's request; stored in a cool, dry place indoors, with a shelf life of twelve months.

Operation Safety Precautions:

Do not get in eyes and avoid contact with skin and clothing. Wear safety goggles and rubber gloves when using to prevent inhalation of fumes and mist. This product is not for oral use. Wash thoroughly after use.

First Aid Measures:

If the product accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. While rinsing, keep your eyes open with your hands. After rinsing, seek medical attention immediately. If the product comes into contact with your skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. After rinsing, wash your entire body with soap. Wash the clothing before wearing it again. If the product is accidentally swallowed and the person is conscious, give them two large glasses of water to dilute the product in the intestines. Then, seek medical attention immediately. If the person is unconscious after swallowing, do not give anything by mouth.
