Lubricant

This product is primarily made from a special vegetable oil with high erucic acid content, blended with various composite additives and refined through a special process. The product is a brownish-red transparent oil, featuring excellent viscosity-temperature properties and lubricity. It extends the service life of crystallizers and eliminates abnormal phenomena such as steel billet core extraction, oil sludge, scaling, cracks, network patterns, and white spots. During the continuous casting process, it has no irritating odor, which is beneficial to the health of workers, improves the working environment, ensures the cleanliness of the steel billet surface, extends the anti-rust duration of the billet, and has low oil consumption, effectively preventing the formation of smoke oil and carbon deposits.
