Cutting Oil

Sulfur cutting oil is a refined mineral oil blended with sulfur fatty oil, resulting in a brownish oil-based metalworking lubricant. It offers excellent lubrication, cooling properties, and pressure resistance.

Application:

This product is primarily used for cutting operations of ferromagnetic metals under high load and low-speed conditions: such as gear cutting, spline cutting, thread cutting, tapping holes, and high-precision drilling for specialized drill bits. It can also serve as a lubricant for other high-speed metal cutting processes.

Cautionary Notes:

1. This product must not be mixed with any other metalworking oils.

2. If this product is used for processing non-ferrous metals or alloys, it must be cleaned and dried promptly to prevent rust.

3. Seal for preservation; prevent sunlight exposure and the mixing in of moisture and impurities.
