Release Agent

JZ-TM103 Demolding Oil is formulated with refined lubricating oil as the base, incorporating emulsifiers, fatty oils, extreme pressure additives, complex surfactants, organic rust inhibitors, and bacteriostatic and fungicidal agents, all emulsified and phase-reacted to form. It appears as a transparent liquid ranging from brown-red to light brown.

II. Main Application:

The product is widely applicable for the mold release of prefabricated concrete and cement components in high-speed rail and infrastructure projects, including bridges, pipelines, buildings, civil cement factories, and cement pile factories.

III. Usage Instructions:

1. This product is an emulsified oil, which can be mixed with any proportion of tap water to form a stable emulsion. The general concentration used is 5% to 10%.

2. Once the volume of the emulsion container is determined and the concentration set, simply add emulsified oil and tap water to the container, stir to emulsify, and it's ready for use.

3. After the emulsion is consumed, you can replenish it with a suitable amount of emulsifying oil and tap water, then mix it to use.

4. Clean the mold thoroughly before applying the release oil solution; no rust or concrete residue is allowed.

5. Apply the release oil solution evenly to the mold, or use a spray method, directly spraying it onto the mold. After the release oil solution dries, concrete can be poured.

6. Templates coated with release oil solution should be protected from rain before use; if exposed to rain, re-coat with release oil solution.

7. For steel molds using this demolding oil, if not in use for a long time, apply several additional coats before storage to prevent rusting of the mold during prolonged storage.
