Product Introduction: The ball mill end cover is one of the critical components of a ball mill, featuring a relatively complex structure. The end cover is located at both ends of the ball mill cylinder, supported by bearings, primarily used for supporting material, cylinder, and medium. The hollow shaft end plate's root fillet in the ball mill is a stress concentration area.

1. Simulation, Modeling

Before casting, the ball mill end cover requires digital simulation of the casting process, utilizing numerical simulation technology to analyze the molding process and predict product quality, thereby completing process optimization for the end cover casting.

Section II: Casting, Heat Treatment

Qualified raw and auxiliary materials are proportionally placed into an arc furnace for smelting. To purify the molten steel, the ladle is modified and the steel is refined with argon gas. Iron water samples are subjected to spectral analysis, and upon passing, casting is carried out following the "low-temperature rapid casting" principle, with casting time and temperature recorded.

3. Non-destructive Testing, Precision Machining
