How are forging processing fees charged? Which forging processing factory is the best?

Forging plant produces a variety of forging products with different shapes, and the mechanical components made from these different forging products also vary in size. The forging plant employs different processing methods based on the shapes of the forgings, with a multitude of techniques for various cutting processes. Common processing methods at the forging plant include turning, drilling, boring, planing, broaching, milling, and grinding. Although these methods differ in their processing principles, they share many commonalities, primarily in the form of cutting movements during forging processing. However, due to the varying machine tools and cutting tools used for different types of processing, each method has its own specific工艺 characteristics and application scope. 1. General Drilling Processing Materials

For diameters below 25MM with a depth-to-diameter ratio not exceeding 2.5 times, the charge is 0.05 times the drill bit diameter. For diameters between 25-60MM, the charge is 0.12 times the drill bit diameter (minimum hole charge is not less than 0.5 yuan).

Materials with a depth-to-diameter ratio greater than 2.5 will be charged at the base price multiplied by the depth-to-diameter ratio and 0.4. For holes with a precision requirement less than 0.1MM or a center distance requirement less than 0.1MM, the charge will be the base price multiplied by 5.

Charging for tapping services is based on the tap diameter multiplied by 0.2 (cast iron standard, steel parts are charged an additional 1.2), and for bulk processing, it is charged at a standard base price plus 0.2 to 0.8, depending on the batch size and processing complexity.

2. General precision shaft machining for lathe processing

The charge for workpieces with a length-to-diameter ratio less than 10 is 0.2 times the rough blank size (minimum 5 yuan).

For lengths greater than 10 times the diameter, the price is calculated as the general optical axis base price multiplied by the length-to-diameter ratio and then by 0.15. For precision requirements within 0.05MM or for锥度锥度的 requirements, the price is charged at twice the general optical axis base price.

Standard stepped shafts (turbine shafts, pump shafts, reducer shafts, abrasive wheel shafts, motor shafts, main shafts, etc.) are processed as standard precision shafts with a base price charged at *2. For stepped shafts with taper, internal and external threads, the charge is at a base price of *3.

General-purpose lead screws are precision-ground on the shaft, with a base price multiplied by 4.

Standard charges for general flange parts are calculated at 0.07 times the material diameter, with a rate of 0.12 times the material diameter for diameters greater than 430MM.

Standard round nut components are priced at a rate of diameter * 0.25, inclusive of materials.

Standard trapezoidal, triangular nut parts are priced at 30% of the diameter (excluding material).

General shaft sleeve parts (diameter less than 100 and length-to-diameter ratio less than 2) are charged at 0.2 times the outer diameter of the material. For parts with a length-to-diameter ratio exceeding 2, the charge is based on the length-to-diameter ratio multiplied by the base price and then by 0.6.

Standard repair for bearing mounts and similar parts with wear less than 2MM on diameters under 40MM and widths under 25MM is $5 per piece. A centering frame is required, or a base price of *2 for lengths over 1.7 meters. For diameters over 40MM, charge is based on diameter * 0.2.

3. Milling machine processing typically involves keyway machining

For slots with a length-to-width ratio less than 10, charge 0.5 times the width (minimum charge: 5 RMB). For slots with a length-to-width ratio exceeding 10, charge based on the length-to-width ratio multiplied by the base price times 0.1.

If strict positional accuracy is required, a charge of twice the base price applies.

Materials processed with hardness greater than HRC40 will be charged at twice the base price.

General spline processing (where the length-to-diameter ratio is less than 5) is charged at 0.8 times the spline shaft outer diameter (minimum charge of 15 RMB).

Generally, gear processing is calculated as modulus multiplied by the number of teeth.

*Charge of 0.5 yuan. Worm gears are charged at a base rate of *1.2. Bevel gears, helical gears, and planetary gears are charged at twice the base price.

General flat processing is charged at 1.5 yuan per square decimeter (minimum 5 yuan).

General boring operations are charged at 0.25 times the hole diameter.

4. Forging factory offers saw cutting services for general round steel, thick-walled pipes, and square steel cutoffs, priced at 5 yuan per square decimeter (minimum 5 yuan). General steel plate cutting, strip cutting, and angle opening are priced at 10 yuan per square decimeter (minimum 10 yuan).

5. Wire cutting processing for general parts is charged at 0.008 yuan per square millimeter of cutting area. An additional 5 yuan is charged for each threaded hole.

6. Welding and gas cutting: Standard welding rod diameter 3.2mm, each rod $1. TH506 casting, each rod $3. Gas cutting processing: Calculated by iron plate thickness (MM) x cutting length (M). Plasma cutting stainless steel: charged at 3 times the base price of gas cutting. Cutting carbon steel: charged at 2 times the base price of gas cutting.

7. On special urgent orders and overtime pieces, a charge of *2 times the standard base price applies. Special urgent orders are defined as the first-time scheduling for maintenance or manufacturing of emergency parts for a specific client. Overtime pieces refer to parts that must be continuously manufactured beyond regular working hours.
