Through continuous welding techniques, the metal shielding layer is joined to form a complete hexahedron. According to the technical requirements for shielding attenuation, both single-layer and double-layer shielding structures can be produced. For a double-layer焊接 shielded room, a 25mm thick wooden stud is required between the two metal shielding layers.

In the construction of a welding-type shielding room, attention should be given to: continuous welding, ensuring seams are dense and without gaps or leaks; when using double shielding, the fixing screws between the inner shielding body and wooden studs, as well as between the outer shielding body and the wall filling, must be securely焊接 to the shielding body to maintain continuity, and to avoid causing electrical shorts between the inner and outer shielding bodies. The wood used in the shielding room structure should be fire-treated, and residual welding materials should be cleaned after welding.

When the frequency of interference with the electromagnetic field is high, vortices occurring in non-metallic materials with low resistivity create a counter-effect on the external electromagnetic waves, thereby achieving the shielding effect for the cabinet.

(2) When the frequency of interference with the electromagnetic waves is low, materials with high permeability should be used to confine the magnetic lines of force outside the shielded cabinet, preventing them from spreading into the cabinet.

(3) In certain locations, when a request for excellent shielding cabinet effectiveness against both high-frequency and broadcast electromagnetic fields is present, it is often adopted to use different non-metallic materials to form multi-layer shielding cabinet bodies.
