Hengli Spring Support Hangers

Hengli Spring Hanger (hereinafter referred to as "Heng Hanger") is designed according to the principle of moment balance. Under the permitted load displacement, the load moment and spring moment always maintain balance. For pipelines and equipment supported by the Heng Hanger, a constant supporting force is provided during displacement, thus avoiding additional stress on the pipeline and equipment. The Heng Hanger is generally used in places where displacement stress needs to be reduced, such as the main body of power station boilers, steam, water, flue, and air ducts in power plants, as well as the suspended parts of burners, and in places requiring such support in the oil and chemical industries. When the thermal displacement of a hanging point in the pipeline system exceeds 12mm, it is advisable to use the Heng Hanger for support to avoid dangerous bending stress and unfavorable stress transfer in the pipeline system.
