Rubber Flexible Hoses

Rubber joints, also known as rubber hose flexible joints, flexible rubber joints, rubber soft joints, bendable rubber joints, high-pressure rubber joints, rubber shock absorbers, compensators, and more. They are categorized into three connection types: loose flange, fixed flange, and threaded; and into five structural types: single sphere, double sphere, unequal diameter, bent sphere, and wind pressure coil. These joints are composed of inner and outer rubber layers, a fabric layer, and a steel wire ring, which are vulcanized into shape and then combined with metal flanges or parallel joints. This product reduces vibration and noise and compensates for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, and is widely used in various pipeline systems.

Rubber joints, also known as flexible rubber joints, rubber soft connections, soft connectors, flexible rubber connectors, rubber expansion joints, shock absorbers, and more, are high elasticity, high airtightness, and resistant to media and weathering pipeline connectors.

A rubber joint typically consists of an inner rubber layer, a fabric-reinforced layer (with multiple layers of coated nylon fabric for reinforcement), a middle rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, and a metal ring or steel wire hoop for end reinforcement. After being vulcanized under high temperature and pressure, it is combined with a metal flange or a parallel joint to form a composite rubber hose. This product leverages the high elasticity, high airtightness, resistance to media, weather resistance, and radiation resistance of rubber, which can reduce pipeline vibration and noise and compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.

Rubber materials vary depending on the medium, including natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), chloroprene rubber, silicone rubber, and fluororubber, etc. Each possesses features such as heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and oil resistance.
